The role

The Aparecio Foundation is seeking an Organizational Development (OD) leader to manage and supervise the OD team while fostering a collaborative work environment. The role involves developing organizational structure, implementing coaching programs, and establishing departmental policies that align with the organization's mission. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, supervise consultants, and manage inter-organizational partnerships to support the foundation's goal of empowering low-income women.
