Operations Support Officer

The role

The Operations Support Officer will lead sub-thematic protection programs, develop relevant strategies, and ensure the integration of humanitarian principles across UNRWA services in the West Bank. The role involves conducting field monitoring, documenting human rights issues, and providing expert advice to strengthen internal coordination and community relations. Additionally, the incumbent will manage protection-related projects, oversee performance management for staff, and engage in advocacy with stakeholders to support Palestine refugees.
