The role
The Operations Representative plays a key role in delivering a positive, memorable guest experience. This proactive team member is responsible for welcoming guests and handling admissions and operations in high-traffic areas such as the exhibit hall entrance, 4D Theater, school group check-in, special exhibits, Public Science Common, and the Theater of Electricity.
What you'll do
- Participate in Museum initiatives to support the Museum’s commitment to providing guests and colleagues with a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Provide friendly, professional service by offering accurate information and assistance to guests.
- Welcome and admit guests to venues by scanning tickets and memberships, managing capacity, and enforcing admission policies.
- Operate theaters, venues, and provide support to other Divisional needs to deliver safe, high-quality guest experience.
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for school groups.
