The role

The Operations Program Specialist, OCEO at The Nature Conservancy will provide administrative and operations support, manage calendars and logistics, and support special events and in-person engagements.

What you'll do

  • Provide scheduling support for the Chief of Staff and other team members
  • Manage preparation and timely submission of expense reports
  • Lead in-person meeting setup at the Arlington Office

  • Support the operations manager in helping OCEO team members navigate and apply TNC systems
