The role

The Operations Manager/Responsable Opérations will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in Côte d'Ivoire, manage finances and administration, and support project implementation.

What you'll do

Contribute to the development and implementation of the country strategy for all aspects related to grants and operations
Ensure compliance with AVSI policies and local legislation
Develop and implement annual departmental plans
Ensure the correct application of procedures and guidelines
Represent AVSI in technical forums and with donors as required
Support the development of operations staff
