What you'll do
- Create and update the weekly Environmental Science staffing schedule through Salesforce CRM
- Manage scheduling requests from all Educators
- Partners with the Sales and Education Teams to meet program scheduling goals
- Train Educators on program logistics and schedule management
- Routes all paperwork to designated locations in a timely manner
- Hire, supervise and train all Administrative Educator positions

- 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree
- Wilderness First Responder Certification
- Robust risk management experience and expertise
- Extremely detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, task, and time management skills
- Excellent communicator with a strong customer service orientation
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to make decisions independently while meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders
