The role
The Operations Manager will manage the operations of the College Track Baltimore site, focusing on people and culture, financial accountability, facility management, technology and asset management, student transportation, and risk management.
What you'll do
- Collaborate across the site to create a strong student-centered and site culture
- Support all CT staff onboarding by orienting employees to site culture, policies, and procedures
- Ensure the site is clean, secure, and presents a welcoming space for staff, students, and visitors
- Ensure the site’s vehicles are maintained, secured, and kept in good working condition
- Responsible for creating a risk-conscious site culture in collaboration with the Executive Site Director

- 5 years of experience managing the operations of an organization, school, or program
- Excellent organizational, planning, and implementation skills
- Team-player attitude and strong customer-service orientation
- Self-motivated with a strong drive, commitment, and sense of urgency
