The role
The Operations (EORE QA/QC) Associate will support monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance of risk education and victim assistance activities, liaise with partners, and assist in training and coordination efforts in northeast Nigeria.
What you'll do
- Participate in monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance of risk education and victim assistance activities
- Assist in planning and design of EORE and VA activities
- Liaise with partners and authorities for humanitarian mine action coordination and monitoring
- Support in conducting needs assessments at the local level
- Assist in the organization and provision of training
- Assist in quality control on EORE Curriculum and IEC materials
What it takes
- High school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience or a first-level University degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in humanitarian mine action, particularly EORE and VA
- Experience in quality assurance
- Experience in training and meeting facilitation
- Experience in community-based education and public information campaigns and communications
- Experience in gender-responsive or disability-inclusive community engagement
