The role

The Operations Coordinator will provide hands-on operational support to Miyamoto’s global disaster preparedness, response, and recovery programs, including procurement, consultant engagement, logistics, and project management.

Provide day-to-day operational support
Coordinate procurement of goods and services
Support consultant and contractor engagement
Develop and maintain rosters of specialized technical and operational consultants
Coordinate operational aspects of project and country start-up and closeout
Coordinate international and in-country travel and deployment logistics

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, international relations, emergency management, supply chain, logistics, or another relevant field
Approximately 4–7 years of relevant professional experience
Strong understanding of operational and project administration processes
