The role

The Williams Sisters Ranch Sanctuary is seeking a part-time Operations and Maintenance Technician to manage land and property at their 1,200-acre site in La Honda, California. The role involves performing essential maintenance on infrastructure, machinery, and water systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and property security. This position acts as the primary contact for visitors and collaborates closely with Audubon conservation and operations staff. The technician must be comfortable working independently in a remote, outdoor environment and maintaining a culture of safety and stewardship.
