- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in the area of AVRR
- Proven working experience in the area of IOM Movement Operations
- Fluency in English, and French or Dutch (oral and written)
- Valid EU driving licence (category B)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
