The role
Support ERONet to develop high-quality grant proposals for community development programs in Northern Uganda.
What you'll do
- Review donor guidelines and application requirements
- Translate project concepts into clear, persuasive, and donor-focused technical proposals
- Develop logical frameworks, problem statements, objectives, expected results, implementation approaches, sustainability plans, and monitoring and evaluation sections where required
- Ensure proposals align with donor priorities and comply with submission requirements
- Revise proposals based on feedback from the ERONet team before finalization

- Demonstrated experience in grant proposal writing for NGOs, international organizations, or development agencies
- Excellent technical writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with logical frameworks, theories of change, results-based management, and monitoring and evaluation
- Understanding of donor requirements from bilateral, multilateral, philanthropic, or private foundations
- Ability to synthesize technical information into compelling, evidence-based proposals
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
