- Manejo de estándares internacionales (Manual Esfera, WASH FIT) y normativas nacionales (COVENIN, gacetas oficiales)
- Dominio de AutoCAD, Maprex, EPANET, QGIS y paquete Microsoft Office
- Precisión en el diseño de infraestructura y alta atención al detalle en la supervisión de obras
- Disponibilidad total para desplazamientos a comunidades afectadas por el doblete sísmico
