The role
The Senior Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Officer leads the technical implementation of mental health programs for the International Rescue Committee. This role involves supervising clinical psychology teams, ensuring high standards of therapeutic care, and designing technical protocols for humanitarian contexts. The officer will coordinate intersectoral efforts to ensure safe, ethical interventions and will analyze epidemiological data to drive strategic program improvements at a national level.
