The role
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer will coordinate field-level data collection activities, such as surveys and focus groups, to assess program impact and beneficiary experience. The role involves designing data collection tools, analyzing qualitative and quantitative information, and providing reports to support program improvement. Additionally, the officer will train staff on monitoring methodologies and facilitate organizational learning across various humanitarian projects.
