Officer, Sustainer Retention
The role
The Officer, Sustainer Retention manages and executes strategies to improve donor retention and lifetime value for the International Rescue Committee's monthly recurring giving program. This role involves coordinating integrated multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail while collaborating with analytics and vendor teams to optimize donor journeys. The position focuses on data-driven decision-making to reduce attrition and increase upgrades for a program raising over $20M annually.
