The Officer- MEAL, Child Protection is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Coordinator – MEAL Child Protection Sector at Cox's Bazar area office, focusing on monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning and knowledge management, research, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive support to the Coordinator – MEAL Child Protection Sector
- Implement the MEAL system at project level
- Develop data collection tools, orient and supervise data collectors
- Ensure data quality through Data Quality Assessments (DQA)
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Contribute to timely donor reporting
What it takes
- At least 2-3 years working experience and knowledge in MEAL
- Proven working experience in data visualization of community-based projects
- Sound understanding on data collection, analysis, and meaningful interpretation
- Basic knowledge and experience in Kobo Collect, SPSS, Excel, POWER BI
- Strong project management, partnership management, and budget management skills
- Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
