What you'll do
- Develop and disseminate compelling content to promote the organization's impact and partnerships
- Work closely with scientists and field teams to translate technical information into accessible formats
- Manage and grow the Institute’s social media platforms
- Support communication needs for conferences, field days, workshops, and policy dialogues
- Collaborate with HQ and other regional communication teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
What it takes
- Master’s degree in communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Development Communication, or any related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in communication roles
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience producing and editing communication collateral including videos, brochures, posters and other visual communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders across time zones
- Fluency in English and French
