The role

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist Coordinator to provide clinical leadership and direct therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents in residential and community settings. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, conducting sensory motor assessments, and providing staff guidance using trauma-informed approaches. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to help youth improve functional abilities and essential life skills.
