Occupational Therapist

The role

Eliot is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team providing care for adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The role involves evaluating clients, developing functional treatment plans, and facilitating communication among medical and psychiatric supports. You will work collaboratively to provide evidence-based interventions that promote client independence and overall well-being in residential or community settings.
