The role

The NW Refuge & Care Alliance Program Supervisor will facilitate the Survivors of Torture (SOT) Program, providing supervision, training, and support to Program staff and interns, and leading client eligibility, assessment, and tiering processes.

  • Support the delivery of the Survivors of Torture (SOT) Program services
  • Provide supervision, training, support, and mentorship to Program staff and interns

  • Ensure services are culturally and linguistically appropriate and trauma-informed

  • Highly organized self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to multi-task, prioritize duties and manage time effectively
