The role
The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of activities at the Outpatient Therapeutic Programme (OTP) site, including requesting, receiving, and distributing nutrition supplies, maintaining accurate records, and compiling daily reports.
What you'll do
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for nutrition supplies
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure supplies are dispatched daily
- Verify that all nutrition supplies received are within their expiry dates
- Work closely with OTP nurses to compile daily reports
- Support the Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) focal person
- Compile and submit OTP monthly reports

- Diploma/Certificate in CHEW, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ professional experience as Nutrition Assistant
- At least 6 months of previous work experience in a data-management role
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Hausa
- Analytical and reporting skills
