The role
The Chief of Staff will lead the execution of the Country Director's strategic agenda and drive organizational effectiveness across the entire country program in Nigeria.
What you'll do
- Serve as the Country Director's principal strategic advisor
- Drive the translation of organizational strategy into prioritized, actionable execution plans
