The role
The Network Director of Learning Strategy and Operations will manage the strategic direction and daily operations of DREAM’s K-12 Learning Team. This leadership role involves designing strategic plans, overseeing operational systems, and driving cross-functional initiatives such as AI integration and special education programming. The Director will provide high-level coaching to the Associate Director while ensuring alignment between organizational vision and school-based execution.
