Nationwide Shared Services Program Manager
The role
The Nationwide Shared Services Program Manager will work within the Business Operations and Support Services department to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery across the ACLU's national and affiliate offices. This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and the development of shared service models to reduce administrative burdens. The position requires a candidate skilled in project management, systems thinking, and change management to facilitate coordination in a complex, federated organizational structure.
