The role

What you'll do

  • Support the Lead Facilitator in reviewing and tailoring training modules, practical exercise scenarios, and clinical presentation materials
  • Assist in finalization of training tools and participant handouts
  • Co-facilitate the 4-day in-person workshop in Astana
  • Lead small-group practical exercises, interactive group discussions, clinical case analysis, and provide hands-on guidance to participants during LARC skill-building sessions

What it takes

  • Advanced university degree in Medicine (MD) specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology and at least Master’s degree (MSc, MPH) or higher (PhD/Doctorate)
  • Minimum of 10 years of clinical practice as an Obstetrician-Gynecologist
  • Proven practical experience in performing LARC procedures (IUDs, implants) and providing comprehensive contraceptive counseling
  • At least 5 years of experience in conducting interactive clinical trainings, medical seminars, or workshops for healthcare providers
  • Direct involvement in the development of national clinical protocols, educational curricula, clinical guidelines, or methodological manuals in SRH/Family Planning
  • Familiarity with OSCE evaluation methods and clinical case-based learning
