The role
The National Consultant for OPD coordination to CRPD implementation will support consultations and stakeholder meetings, deliver training on disability inclusive systems, develop shadow reports, design a budget tracker, document processes, and facilitate disaster management inclusion.

What it takes
- Advanced university degree in human rights, social sciences, development, disability studies, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience with an advanced degree or 5 years with a first-level degree
- Experience working with OPDs and government stakeholders in Fiji and/or the Pacific region
- Capacity building, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement experience
- Monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and knowledge management
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of Fijian or any indigenous languages from the Pacific
