The role

The consultant will conduct stakeholder mapping and desk top review to identify relevant stakeholders in Vanuatu who are active across the spectrum of early warning systems (EWS) pillars, design and implement interviews, surveys, and consultations to compile information on needs and gaps, develop a comprehensive gap analysis, and support validation and endorsement processes for the Vanuatu Early Warning for All roadmap.
