The role

The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is seeking a National Consultant in Mozambique to assess the FADM’s institutional framework compliance with international human rights standards. The consultant will assist in developing standard operating procedures regarding human rights for the defense forces and facilitate consultation workshops with the Ministry of Defense. This role requires extensive collaboration with internal OHCHR offices and stakeholders to ensure gender perspectives are integrated into all outputs.
