The role
IMPACT Initiatives is seeking a Multi-Country Representative for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, based in Amman, Jordan. The role involves managing integrated missions, leading regional engagement, and overseeing the Amman Multi-Country Office and Hub.
What you'll do
- Oversee and lead program teams assigned to or shared across integrated missions
- Represent IMPACT with regional stakeholders and lead regional fundraising efforts
- Lead the setup and structure of the Amman Multi-Country Office and Hub
- Ensure effective risk management and legal compliance
- Act as IMPACT’s representative with regional and integrated mission stakeholders
- Develop and implement regional and integrated mission programmes
What it takes
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in humanitarian settings
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex workflows
- Capacity to work in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Detailed understanding of the humanitarian coordination system and donor requirements
- Experience in external engagement and advocacy with donors, UN, and other humanitarian and development stakeholders
