The role

The Multi-Country Project Coordinator will manage the implementation of projects related to biodiversity finance plans and support development in seven Eastern Caribbean small island developing states.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
  • Manage procurement and recruitment of personnel as required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Support resource mobilization efforts and project development
  • Facilitate knowledge and capacity building activities

What it takes

  • Advanced university degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience with a Master’s degree, or 4 years with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience as a Project Manager
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience working in the Caribbean SIDS context
