The role
To provide strategic leadership, coordination and oversight for design, monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge management systems, ensuring high-quality evidence generation, organizational learning, and adaptive programming.
What you'll do
- Provide strategic leadership in integrating DME standards into Country Strategy, Technical Programmes, Area Programmes, grants, and sponsorship-funded initiatives.
- Lead technical reviews of programme designs, theories of change, log frames, indicators, Detail Implementation Plans and Indicator Tracking Tables.
- Ensure programmes align with Integrated Program Framework; Future Ready Sponsorship Technical Design standards, and National Office priorities.
- Lead development, implementation, assessment and review of organizational monitoring systems.
- Lead planning and implementation of AIM+ & AIM (baselines, evaluations) and operational research.
What it takes
- Master's Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Health, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in PME.
- Minimum 5 years in leadership or management and supervisory role.
- Experience managing donor-funded programmes.
