The role
The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer will support the STRIDES project in Morocco by implementing monitoring and evaluation processes and training program staff on data collection and performance indicators. The role involves drafting technical materials, supporting work planning, and conducting data analysis to evaluate programmatic effectiveness. Additionally, the officer will provide administrative support for project operations and participate in client meetings to ensure project goals are met. This position requires strong technical skills in data management and a commitment to maintaining high-quality reporting standards.
