The role
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Senior Officer will support the coordination of the SHF’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems, ensuring data is collected, analyzed, and processed into relevant internal and external reporting.
What you'll do
- Support implementation of the SHF M&E framework

What it takes
- First-level university degree in social sciences, economics, development studies, statistics, public administration, public policy, evaluation or a related field with 2 years of experience
- Advanced university degree in the above fields with 0 years of relevant experience
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, results-based M&E frameworks or programme performance management
- Experience in applying both quantitative and qualitative methods for monitoring and evaluation
- Experience in tracking project targets against milestones, conducting data verification, managing impact databases, and quality-assuring performance reports
- Experience in preparing analytical reports and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences
