The role
Trócaire is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator to support the organization’s MEAL and research functions in South Sudan, focusing on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the MEAL system.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the MEAL system
- Support the design of and quality assure project logframes, MEAL plans, indicator frameworks, and IPTTs
- Conduct field visits to monitor programme activities against established quality frameworks
- Support the development of useful and clear communication materials
- Provide technical support through both in-person and remote modalities
What it takes
- MUST hold a degree in Monitoring and Evaluation related field from a Reputable institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation
- Experience in conducting rigorous data quality assessments, research pieces, and report writing
- Experience in supporting research assistants and consultants for quality data collection, and managing data collection exercises
- Experience in use of digital data collection methods
- Experience with community engagement on MEAL activities
