The role
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator will develop a comprehensive MEAL system to demonstrate the impact of programs while ensuring greater accountability.
What you'll do
- Lead the formulation and roll out of project’s M&E plans
- Ensure tracking of project indicators in a database
- Regular analysis of monitoring data
- Work closely with ADP teams for qualitative data gathering
- Undertake regular field visits to support implementation
- Compile and share cross learning
What it takes
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in MEAL
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences/ Development Management/ International Development or relevant field
- Proven report writing skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office, SPSS, Epi info, NViVO and other statistical packages
- Good analytical skills
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills in English & Sinhala
