The role

- Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
- Monitor and evaluate project activities and progress towards achieving the desired output/results
- Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system
- Provide inputs, information and statistics for periodic reports to Project Management Team
- Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks

- Relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation field

- Experience of successfully executing and driving qualitative and quantitative research with a focus on theory of change, logical frameworks
- Background in Education/EdTech sector
- Comfort and experience in cleaning complex data and driving in-depth analyses
