The role

The Community Mobilizer is responsible for driving grassroots recruitment and community engagement for Generation Kenya's youth employment programs. The role involves building strategic partnerships with local stakeholders, institutions, and community groups to identify and attract candidates. The successful candidate will conduct outreach, deliver program information, and manage recruitment data to ensure effective learner intake.
