The role
Mastery Schools is seeking an inspired and dynamic Middle School Technology Teacher to shape digital literacy and Computer Science education for 6th-8th grade students for the 2025/2026 school year. The role focuses on delivering rigorous, data-driven instruction while fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment dedicated to student success. Teachers will collaborate with leadership and grade-level teams to continuously improve their craft through professional development and evidence-based instructional strategies. The position aims to close the access gap in Computer Science for students of color across the Philadelphia and Camden network.
