The role
KIPP New Jersey is seeking passionate Middle School Lead Teachers across multiple subjects to drive student achievement and foster academic growth. The role involves creating lesson plans, using data to inform instruction, and building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Teachers will work collaboratively within a high-performing network to prepare students for success in college and life.
