The role
The Dean of Student Life is responsible for leading after-school, summer, and athletic programs while driving positive school culture and student outcomes. This role involves coaching staff, managing site-level programming, and collaborating with the school leadership team to support the 'Grow the Whole Child' model. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality, data-driven enrichment opportunities that align with academic and social-emotional learning goals.
