The role

The Middle School Alliance (MSA) Site Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and administrative coordination for Out-of-School Time (OST) programming at assigned middle school sites, working within clearly defined procedures and under the general direction of MSA leadership.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary on-site coordinator responsible for overseeing daily MSA operations and implementation
  • Coordinate daily program logistics including scheduling, room allocation, meal distribution, transportation coordination, dismissal procedures, and site transitions
  • Support scheduling and coordination of program providers to ensure alignment with site needs, school schedules, and MSA priorities
  • Monitor daily site operations to ensure programming is implemented with consistency, efficiency, and fidelity
  • Support implementation of student and family engagement activities throughout the school year

What it takes

  • Bachelor's degree in education, youth development, nonprofit management, public administration, social work, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of related experience in youth development, education, afterschool programming, or community-based programming
  • Proficient in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
  • Experience working with middle school youth, school communities, or after-school programming
  • Experience with attendance tracking, data systems, and reporting processes
  • Demonstrated skills in project coordination, communication, and problem-solving
