The role
The Middle School Alliance (MSA) Site Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and administrative coordination for Out-of-School Time (OST) programming at assigned middle school sites, working within clearly defined procedures and under the general direction of MSA leadership.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary on-site coordinator responsible for overseeing daily MSA operations and implementation
- Support scheduling and coordination of program providers to ensure alignment with site needs
- Monitor daily site operations to ensure programming is implemented with consistency, efficiency, and fidelity
- Support student recruitment and enrollment efforts
- Work closely with the Data & Evaluation Manager to support accurate and timely attendance tracking
- Support program providers in creating safe, engaging, and youth-centered learning environments
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in education, youth development, nonprofit management, public administration, social work, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in youth development, education, afterschool programming, or community-based programming
- Proficient in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- Experience working with middle school youth, school communities, or after-school programming
- Experience with attendance tracking, data systems, and reporting processes
- Demonstrated skills in organizational, time management, and project coordination
