  • Proven expertise in applying the OECD-DAC evaluation criteria
  • Strong experience evaluating programs related to livelihoods, entrepreneurship, MSME development, financial inclusion, refugee programming, or private sector development
  • Demonstrated experience working in fragile or humanitarian contexts, preferably in South Sudan or the East Africa region
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills
