The role

What you'll do

What it takes

  • Advanced degree in Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or a relevant mental health field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MHPSS programming in humanitarian or non-humanitarian contexts.
  • Expertise in global MHPSS standards such as IASC Guidelines and MSP.
  • Proven ability to train and supervise staff in technical intervention delivery.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
