The role

The Aparecio Foundation seeks a dedicated Mentor to provide personal and professional guidance to high-potential, low-income young women as part of an eight-year support program. The role involves building a consistent, supportive relationship through regular communication, attending development events, and coaching mentees toward academic and professional success. Mentors work independently while coordinating with program staff to track goals and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for mentee growth.
