What you'll do
- Assist clients with skill development for activities of daily living
- Collaborate with clients and staff to develop and achieve short term goals
- Provide interventions focused on problem-solving, crisis management, skills training, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement
- Support clients in accessing and utilizing community resources and services
- Administer and monitor consumer medications in accordance with agency regulations
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
