Eliot is seeking Mental Health Relief staff to join their Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) division, providing clinically focused interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
What you'll do
- Deliver side-by-side interventions emphasizing problem-solving, skill-building, behavior modeling, optimism, and ongoing encouragement
- Collaborate with the team and clients to continuously assess symptoms, monitor responses to interventions, and adjust support strategies
- Promote access to culturally competent, strengths-based, recovery-oriented, and rehabilitation-focused services
- Support clients in identifying and utilizing personal and community resources to achieve individualized goals and enhance community integration
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure service delivery is guided by each client's needs, values, and long-term recovery objectives
