The role
Compass Health Center is seeking a Mental Health Professional to support Child and Adolescent programs. Responsibilities include direct patient interaction, administrative tasks, and ensuring the program runs smoothly.
What you'll do
- Provide support for the learning environment – be present in group therapy rooms, assist with supervised study, assist patients with check-in for program
- Help manage crisis situations and support patients as they gain emotional regulation
- Communicate patient progress with team.
- Chart progress of patients; complete all incident reports thoroughly and within 24 hours
- Check and respond to daily emails, voicemails and EMR messages.
- Ensure safe patient transitions from room to room; setting up and cleaning the group therapy rooms

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
