Mental Health Clinician - Safe Options Support (SOS) Team

The role

Endeavor Health Services is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician for their Safe Options Support (SOS) team to assist individuals transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing. This community-based role utilizes the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) model to provide outreach, stabilization, and clinical support across various settings. The clinician will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide supervision to case managers and peer staff to ensure long-term housing stability.
